      Yavapai Broadcasting respects the privacy of our listeners. From time to time, Yavapai Broadcasting may acquire information from listeners for contest purposes. This information may be used for internal purposes only.

On air contests may collect such information as name, address, and contact phone number. The information is used to mail prizes. Sign up contests may also collect such information as name, address, and contact phone number. The information is used to contact finalists and mail instructions as to contest participation. Major contest rules will typically include a minimum age requirement for participation.

Yavapai Broadcasting does not compile lists, sell names, or share any information with any other organization. In turn, Yavapai Broadcasting does not compile or keep any personal information, including email addresses of website visitors – except for the purposes of communicating information requested by such visitors.

Contest winners may be subject to taxes and may receive a 1099 as per federal or state law dictates. A contest winner’s name, city of residence, voice, picture or likeness may be used in promotional announcements, advertisements, etc. Please see contest rules.  However, no other information is typically used and no personal information is shared with any other organization.
